Modified zinc phosphate is based on zinc orthophosphate, adding synergistic anti-rust materials and modifiers for surface modification treatment, which improves the solubility of zinc phosphate, strengthens the ability of anti-rust mechanism, and makes up for the time when paint is applied. Insufficient anti-rust ability of zinc phosphate in the early stage, and the problem of effective delay, improve the anti-rust and anti-corrosion ability, and can be better suitable for water-based and oil-based anti-corrosion coatings. This modifier is also a non-toxic, low-heavy metal environmental protection material, and it is a white, non-toxic and pollution-free anti-rust pigment suitable for coating systems.
